With the University American Football season back underway I decided to go shoot my usual recreational sports pictures.
Usually I'd shoot a couple of thousand of the game and let put the up on a website for the lads to look at. But I decided to bring a little something else to the players today.

I looked into my bag of tricks and used the opportunity for some lighting practice.


It turned out to be quite productive day with the pictures having somewhat of a sports illustrated/hard news kind of feel.
Great for my journalism portfolio.

I may even bring something similar to this to my wedding photography. I'll never make them this dramatic, but I'm certainly onto something here.

I can't believe I've never thought of building a facebook website for my photography before.
Well, I created one last night and it has gained 80 members in the first 5 hours! This is brilliant!

There's still a bunch of dates available for weddings.

The 2009 schedule is begining to fill up quite nicely with a few new additions this week.
I'm actually glad most of my photography in January is indoors because it's freezing outside!
I hope you're all wrapped up warm.

Anyway, onto more photographs. This week I had the pleasure of photographing two prospective models.



Yep, that's Jordan and Becky. Two briliant and beautiful girls!
Look out for them in the future because I'm sure they're going to do very well!
