We're in the thick of wedding season at the moment but I thought I'd take this post to reflect on one of my favourite parts of wedding photography... that little bit before the real picture is taken.
These are a few from Ian and Sues wedding which I photographed a few weeks ago at Slaters in Baldwins gate.
I try my best to keep my setups for shots as simple as possible and get them done in as little time. Still, it gives some memebers of the wedding party time to get bored and they start to fool around which can sometimes be hilarious.
It really makes the day fly by when I make a good connection with my subject and if Ian was comfortable enough to pull this face in front of me it shows that we were getting along just fine :P
Anyway, here's two "serious" ones :)
Until next time!
